About Faculty
Manpreet Kaur is a (Assistant Professor) inPsychiatric Nursingat DMC&H College of Nursing. She has been associated with the institution since (2025) and brings over 12years of teaching experience.She completed her undergraduate studies atSilver Oaks College of Nursing, Abhipur,Mohali and obtained her Master’s degree from SINPMS, Badal Bathinda. She began her teaching career as an Assistant Lecturer at Mohandai Oswal College of Nursing. Since 20th September2020, she has been serving in the capacity of Assistant Professor and has contributed significantly to academic and research activities, with more than 3 publications in national and international journals. She has presented over 2 papers at various conferences and has received recognition for BestPoster Presentation at Annual Workshop, MMDU, Mulana. She has also served as a resource person for multiple conferences and has actively organized and participated in numerous workshops.She is a member of the Trained Nurses’ Association of India (TNAI) and the Nursing Research Society of India (NRSI) (add more if any). Additionally, she has contributed as a reviewer for Textbook of Pathology.Her academic responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating departmental activities; conducting teaching sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate programs; guiding postgraduate theses and projects; and providing clinical supervision to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. She has also served as an inspector for BFUHS, a member of Boards of Examination across various universities, and a member of the -------- Committee.
