Scholarship Day
DMC&H celebrated “Scholarship Day” at its college campus, reaffirming its unwavering commitment to academic excellence and ethical principles. As the pioneering medical college in India to implement such a substantial scholarship program valued at ₹6 crore, the initiative honors genuine hard work and merit, which are the cornerstones of the institution’s values.
During the event, 33 students, including five award recipients, were honored with scholarships and academic accolades across various disciplines, including MBBS, Nursing, Allied and Health Sciences, acknowledging their dedication and exceptional academic achievements.
The event was graced by Mr. Satish Sanwalka, the Chief Guest, who was accompanied by his wife and son. Additionally present on the occasion were Sh. Bipin Gupta, Secretary of the DMC&H Managing Society; Mr. Mukesh Verma, Treasurer; Mr. Rajnish Sanwalka and Ms. Archana Nagpal, Members of the DMC&H Managing Society; Dr. G.S. Wander, Principal; Dr. Sandeep Kaushal, Dean of Academics; and Dr. Ashima Taneja, Additional Medical Superintendent.
