Dr. Nandita Maini Jindal is Assistant Professor in the Department of Biochemistry. After completing her MD Biochemistry from DMCH, she joined CMCH as a Senior Resident andbecame Assistant Professor in 2016. She joined DMCH in 2020. She has vast experience inteaching MD, MBBS, BDS and Nursing students as well as paramedical courses such as BSc,MLT and IAHS.
Apart from routine biochemical tests, she is proficient in several special techniques such asperforming and interpreting Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Serum proteinElectrophoresis (SPE), Immunofixation electrophoresis (IFE), High Performance LiquidChromatography (HPLC) , Thin-layer Chromatography (TLC) and ImmunofluorescenceAssay(IFA).
She is expert in implementing Total Quality Management and has received training inInternalQuality Control and external Quality Assurance programmes; Internal Auditor’straining inMedical Labs as per ISO 15189-2012 and Basics of Lean Six Sigma in clinical lab.She has special interest in Genetic Testing and is accomplished in various MolecularDiagnostic Techniques such as PCR, RT-PCR, Karyotyping and Next generation sequencing(NGS).
She has received the coveted “Society for The Study of Inborn Errors of Metabolism (SSIEM)
Travel Scholarship” to attend XV International Congress of Paediatric Laboratory Medicine (ICPLM) 2021- Munich. |
