PROFESSOR
Dr Kanchan Gupta MD, DNB (Pharmacology) is Professor in the Department of Pharmacology. She has been awarded the membership of National Academy of Medical Sciences (MNAMS) and has completed Professional Diploma in Clinical Research (PDCR). Dr Kanchan has attended National Teachers Training Course at MAMC, New Delhi. She has been the resource faculty in various workshops including Clinical Research Methodology, Thesis Plan writing, Thesis writing, Statistics in DMCH at Zonal level and has been actively involved in their organisation. She has delivered around ten invited lectures at different meetings. She has ten publications in international and national journals to her credit. She has presented five research papers and has attended around forty Zonal and National level Conferences. She is a life member of Indian Pharmacological Society and Association of Physiologists and Pharmacologists of India.
She is the Convener of Drug Store Committee and a member of News Letter Editorial Board, P.G. Log Book Committee, U.G. Integrated Vertical Seminar Committee of the institution. Her areas of special interest include clinical pharmacology and psychopharmacology. |
