World Mental Health Day observed To commemorate World Mental Health Day, Department of Psychiatry, Department of Clinical Psychology and DMCH College of Nursing organized an awareness talk today at DMCH OPD Block and Reception area of Hero DMC Heart Institute. This year theme for the day is ‘Mental Health is a Universal Human Right’. Mental health is a basic human right for all people. Everyone, whoever and wherever they are, has a right to the highest attainable standard of mental health.
